The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. They even showed us different room options and let us choose. The room we selected had a stunning view of Lake Garda that was absolutely breathtaking. The hotel also had a lovely indoor/outdoor pool and a beautiful terrace for dinner. The location was perfect, right by the lake and close to the main street.
No tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

The hotel offers great value for money. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with a choice of lake view or mountain view. The staff is friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The location is perfect, situated closely to the lake and offering fabulous views across Lake Garda.
No issues encountered, everything was absolutely fine.

The views were breathtaking and the pool area was clean and enjoyable. the staff was accommodating and friendly. It was great having a private beach area with sunbeds and parasols. the parking was convenient and located on-site. We also enjoyed the easy access to 7km of walking trails along the lake.
The rooms were outdated and in need of refurbishing. the bathrooms were particularly disappointing.

This hotel offers great value for money, with rooms that are modern and very nice. The view from the hotel is absolutely beautiful, with fabulous views across Lake Garda. The staff at this hotel are very kind and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. Additionally, the breakfast at this hotel is served at a good panoramic view of Lake Garda, adding to the overall enjoyment of our mornings.
The only minor downside we experienced was that the beach is not directly accessible from the hotel and requires crossing a tunnel with a lot of stairs, which may not be easy for those with strollers. However, everything else about this hotel was absolutely fine.

We had an amazing stay here. The staff was helpful, professional and friendly. The breakfast had a high diversity of food and the location was close to the lake, making it easy for us to access other cities close by. The cleanliness was perfect, and the hotel facilities were great with two pools and a private beach. The hotel also had a parking facility for vehicles.
No issues.

The hotel was conveniently located close to the lake, just a short walk down to the beach. the room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained. the service was good, and the breakfast was decent. the hotel had a playground and organized events. the view was stunning, just like the pictures.
The hotel was a bit of a drive from popular tourist destinations in the area.

Great location overlooking the lake with beautiful views. The staff was helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was good with a variety of food and fresh fruits. The rooms were comfortable and clean.
Limited facilities with no access to the pool, there was no entertainment in the evenings. The shower space in the bathroom was very small.
